Event Description

The Paper Presentation event provides a platform for participants to present innovative ideas and solutions that address real-world engineering challenges and contribute to smart and sustainable development.

Round Details

Phase 1 – Abstract Submission

Participants must submit an abstract during registration outlining their topic related to Innovative Engineering Solutions for Smart and Sustainable Futures.

Phase 2 – Paper Presentation

Teams will present their work before the judges. Each team will be given 8 minutes for presentation followed by 2 minutes for questions and discussion.

Guidelines

• Team Size: 1–4 members
• Abstract submission is mandatory during registration.
• The presentation topic must relate to Innovative Engineering Solutions for Smart and Sustainable Futures.
• Topics incorporating WAFES (Water, Air, Fire, Earth, Space) concepts are appreciated.
• Presentation Time: 8 minutes + 2 minutes Q&A session.
• Participants may use PowerPoint or other presentation tools.
• The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
