🏗 PLAN TO PROFIT

Event Description

Plan to Profit is a design and strategy competition where teams are given a specific plot area and must conceptualize a profit-generating building within a limited time.

Participants must create a feasible design, plan efficient space utilization, and develop a basic revenue model that demonstrates how the project can generate profit.

The challenge focuses on smart planning, practicality, and business thinking while balancing creativity and feasibility.

Round Details

Phase 1 – Design & Business Planning (60 Minutes)

Teams design a suitable structure for the given plot and prepare a simple cost and revenue model showing the expected profit.

Phase 2 – Presentation

Teams present their concept, planning approach, and profit strategy before the judges.

Guidelines

• Team Size: 2–3 members
• Any design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.) and productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) are allowed.
• AI tools and internet resources may be used.
• Hand-drawn sketches and diagrams are also acceptable.
• Participants must bring their own materials and required equipment.
• Only limited power supply will be provided.
• Teams may present using models, slides, drawings, charts, or sketches.

Judges’ decision will be final and binding.
