Poster & Reel Showcase is a creative event where participants present their ideas through a digital poster or a short reel based on a theme given during the event.

The competition encourages creativity, visual communication, and impactful storytelling.

Round Details

Showcase Round

Participants will create and present their digital poster or reel based on the theme provided during the event. Teams must explain the concept and creative approach behind their work.

Guidelines

• Team Size: 1–4 members
• Entries must be created digitally and showcased using laptops or mobile phones.
• No physical charts or printed materials are required.

Poster Category

• Digital poster in JPEG / PNG / PDF format
• Visuals and text must be clear and relevant to the theme

Reel Category

• Duration: 30–60 seconds
• Vertical format (9:16 preferred)
• Clear audio and visuals required
• Content must be original and based on the given theme

⚠ Plagiarism or inappropriate content will lead to disqualification.

The team with the highest score based on creativity, clarity, and impact will be declared the winner.

Judges’ decision will be final and binding.
